Nordic Depth
Set within the newly extended footprint of a period home in Terenure, Dublin, this bespoke kitchen was created for a client with a strong sense of personal style and a clear vision for the space.
Our Nordic Frame door brings a refined, contemporary character to the cabinetry, its slender frame detailing emphasising the clean architectural lines of the room. Two contrasting finishes define the scheme: Forest Green across the main cabinetry and Ash Black on the generous central island, creating depth while allowing the natural grain and texture of the timber to remain part of the story.
Infinity Calacatta Hermitage surfaces introduce movement and softness to the darker palette. Finished with a refined 20mm bevelled edge, the countertop continues into the upstand before meeting a wall of softly textured tiles — an unusual combination of materials that gives the sink run its own distinctive character. Brushed brass hardware and a matching pull-out tap add warmth, while integrated NEFF ovens and a venting hob maintain the kitchen’s clean, considered aesthetic.
On the opposite side of the room, a further run of bespoke cabinetry extends the design into the dining area, incorporating generous storage while discreetly concealing access to the utility room.
The result is a contemporary kitchen with a distinctly individual character, rich in colour, texture and contrast, yet carefully considered within the architecture and personality of this beautiful home.
